You leave with a running operating system — not advice and a check.
Vaxelia Trellis accepts founders at any stage — including pre-idea, earlier than most programs will look at you. You don't leave with a deck and a warm introduction. You leave with your company already running on the same infrastructure you'll use to scale it.
Infrastructure, not just advice.
Most programs end with a pitch deck and a list of introductions. Vaxelia Trellis ends with a working tenant — Worldview mapped, workflows built, compliance configured — already running your company, not just describing how it should run.
Earlier than most incubators will look.
You don't need a product, a deck, or even a name yet. Vaxelia Trellis accepts founders from pre-idea forward — because the earlier the operating system is in place, the more of your company is built on it by the time you graduate.
What the program does.
Four things happen between application and graduation.
- A tenant, not a template: Your Vaxelia instance is built and configured around your business as you build it — not handed over as a finished product on day one.
- E-learning platform, with coaching: Work through the platform's e-learning library at your own pace, with coaching support along the way.
- Incorporation help, from people: Our team helps you incorporate directly — a person-delivered part of the program today, not an automated step in the platform.
- Graduation is a conversation: You leave through a conversation about what's next — going Direct with what's already built, or continuing with an Operating Partner.
Open, or Backed.
Every accepted founder is on one of two tracks. Both keep costs modest.
Fee-only. You pay a modest fee to take part; Vaxelia takes no stake in your company. This is the default track for every accepted founder.
A fee, plus a small, aligned equity or revenue-share stake, offered case by case — never a condition of acceptance.
We discuss exact terms during the application conversation and publish no figures here.
