Prepaid, so you are never surprised
Platform Credits pay for AI calls and Workflow Steps. When they run out, new work stops rather than running up a bill. You are never billed for more than you chose.
Every Tier grants Allowance Credits at the start of each monthly period. They are spent first and expire at the end of the period.
On Growth and above, opt in to buy a Credit Pack automatically when your balance runs low. You set the threshold and a monthly spend cap, and you are told on every reload.
Buy more Platform Credits whenever you need them. Purchased Credits last 12 months, and bigger packs cost less per Credit.
On Growth and Scale, add Seats or storage without changing Tier.
Past about 25 extra Seats, moving up a Tier costs less.
Ways to pay less
Try a Public Tier with no card. You get 500 Credits on conduit models, and adding a card converts the trial early.
Pay for a year upfront and save 15% on every Public Tier.
70% off Starter for 12 months, then 40% off for 12 months. For companies under 3 years old that have raised under £5M and have 15 or fewer people.
50% off your first year on Starter for Vaxelia Trellis graduates. It can't be combined with the Startup Programme, and the larger discount applies.
