What you pay for as you grow.

AI usage

Run any AI provider, and only pay for what you use, at that model’s own rate. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; past that, you pay as you go. Your Admin app shows live rates and real-time usage. Set alerts there.

Workflows

Each plan includes a monthly workflow allowance; extra runs are charged as you go (from €0.025 / run).

Storage

Space for your data and files. Storage beyond your allowance is charged as you go (from €0.40 / GB / month).

Auto top-up (no hard stops)

When your included AI allowance runs low, Vaxelia tops it up automatically, so work never stops mid-task. Set it up in your Admin app: choose the top-up size, when it kicks in, and a monthly spending limit. You’re alerted before and on every top-up. Prefer a hard stop instead? Turn auto top-up off, and the platform checks with you before reaching the limit.

Can I add users without changing plan?

Yes, up to your plan’s limit, with no extra per-seat charge.

What if I go over an allowance?

Nothing stops. AI usage tops up automatically so work keeps running (you set the size, trigger and monthly limit, with alerts); prefer a hard stop? Turn auto top-up off. Extra workflow and storage usage is simply added to your invoice. Track it all live in your Admin app.

Which AI models can I use?

Any provider, on any plan, charged at that model’s rate. Enterprise lets you bring your own keys and contracts, with EU data-residency controls.

Can I move between plans?

Yes. Upgrades start right away; downgrades take effect next cycle.

What’s included on every plan?

The full engine (Worldview, Plan, Workflows, Applets) and your choice of AI provider are in every plan. What changes by plan: your limits (users, departments, included AI and workflows, storage), how deep the compliance app goes, and bring-your-own-keys (Enterprise).
